With the “PASSAGGIO” collection I explore the threshold between presence and absence, between the body as mass and the body as memory.
The figures emerge from the material and, at the same time, seem to abandon it: the steel becomes thinner, opens, shatters into filaments and cavities, to the point of suggesting a progressive dematerialization.
The "passage" is not just movement: it is an interior act. It is transformation, loss, rebirth. It is the soul passing through a form and transcending it.
These sculptures are bodies in progress: they do not represent a point of arrival, but a continuous transition, an energy that frees itself from the weight of matter to become a sign.
